Tuxedo Nails

Today I bring a different post, a nail workshop.  With a little effort and patience, especially patience, we can get it all.

Hoy os traigo un post diferente, con un poquito de esfuerzo y paciencia, sobre todo paciencia, podemos conseguirlo todas.

This morning I woke up inspired and seizing the moment of lucidity I decided to make a special design for my nails! So here I bring you the result of a whole-time morning ... well actually two hours, but I'm not going to lie, it is a hard and painstaking work, I suppose like any manicure, but not difficult. I am going to explain step by step how I did it and then you can tell me what do you think of the final result!

Esta mañana me he levantado inspirada y aprovechando el momento de lucidez he decidido decorarme  las uñas! Así que aquí os traigo el resultado de toda una mañana de dedicación…bueno en realidad de dos horas, pero no os voy a mentir, es un trabajo  costoso y minucioso, supongo que como toda manicura, pero no es difícil. Os voy a explicar paso por paso como lo he conseguido y ya me contareis que opináis del resultado final!!

1. The first thing to do is apply a coat of clear nail polish. It is important that whenever you apply color to your nails you do this because protects the nail and also leaves the nail surface smoother and the color fixes better.

1.    Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es aplicar una capa de esmalte transparente, es importante que siempre que os pintéis las uñas hagáis esto porque además de proteger la uña, también deja la superficie  la uña lisa y se queda mejor el color. 

2. Then choose the base color, I have chosen a very light pink but can also be done with white, what happens is that I didn’t have. And we give two coats better than one.

2.    Después elegimos el color de base, yo he escogido un rosita muy claro pero también se puede hacer con blanco, lo que pasa es que no me quedaba. Y damos dos capas mejor que una.

3. And now comes the most important and difficult step, the design of the nail. To do this I used a toothpick and black nail polish. I have chosen the sticks used to remove cuticles because it has a flat part that suited me very well to draw the bows because it has the same form, but you can use a normal one. When we have made ​​the loop (bow tie), draw just under it a couple of spots that simulates the buttons of our little tuxedo.

3.    Y ahora viene lo más importante, el diseño de la uña. Para realizarlo he usado un palillo y esmalte negro. Yo he escogido los palillos que sirven para quitar las cutículas porque tiene una parte aplanada que me venía muy bien para dibujar los lacitos porque tiene la misma forma, pero se puede usar uno normal. Cuando tenemos hecho el lazo (la pajarita), dibujamos justo debajo un par de puntitos que simulan los botones de nuestro pequeño esmoquin. 

4. And finally we should give the final coat of gloss and there it is!

4.    Y  por último nos queda dar la última capa de brillo y listo!
